Refund policy

We are updating our Returns Policy effective from November 21st 2022.
We will now be charging a restocking fee for any product ordered or purchased in error. This fee will be 10% or 20% of the value of the product concerned to cover any costs of handling the returned goods.

Our new Returns and Exchange Policy:

You have 7 days from date of purchase to request a refund (10% restocking fee applies). Products must be in the same condition and still have the tags attached.
There is NO fee on exchanges.

If you wish to return an item after 7 days from date of purchase to get a refund (20% restocking fee applies). Products must be in the same condition and still have the tags attached. This return is at the discretion of Outpost Supplies Managerment.

For change of mind purchases the purchaser is to pay the return shipping cost

Consumer Rights cover you for 12 months for defective goods and not change of mind.

Refunds will only be given in accordance with the consumer guarantees act and are subject to the terms and conditions of any manufacturers warranties that apply to the product. Refunds will only be given when the products are returned to us, in as-new condition, complete with undamaged packaging. Accompanied by an explanation for the return and the packing receipt. Return freight is at the purchasers expense.

Faulty or damaged goods can be returned to us for review, simply attach a letter outlining the problem, with your receipt and we will review the product and either replace or repair the product or refund your money in accordance with the manufacturers warranties. Normal wear & tear is not covered by this. The decision to replace or refund on your product rests with Outpost Supplies New Zealand Ltd and its suppliers.

Some products offer an unconditional product guarantee or lifetime warranty, these are normally at the discretion of the manufacturer or their representative.

Where a refund is to be given on a warranty product, it is by the same method as the original payment was made.
