Shipping policy

Shop Pick up.

We offer free pick up from our shop at:
53 Quarantine Road, Tahunanui, Nelson. 
Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
Saturday 9am - 3pm and  Sunday 10am-3pm

If you choose this option we will not ship your purchase, it will be waiting for you in store.

If you change your mind and need it to be shipped please let us know and we will send you an invoice for shipping.
Once the shipping cost is paid your purchase will be shipped.

New Zealand Shipping. 

Orders under $150 Urban Delivery $10.00
Orders under $150 Rural Delivery $17.00

Order over $150 but rural delivery $10

Order over $150 but heavyweight or fragile there will be a shipping charge usually $30-$50, so if you have not selected the correct shipping option, we will contact you to discuss the options. 

FREE shipping on orders over $150 unless your address is rural delivery which there is a additional $10 charge.
(As we are charged this by the courier company).
You can avoid this by getting your parcel couriered to a non rural delivery address.

Please check www.addresscheck.co.nz if you are unsure as to whether your address is rural or not. If you have not selected Rural Delivery and we note that your address is rural delivery then we will either contact you to advise you of the rural delivery charge or you can get your item shipped to a non rural delivery address. 

We aim to ship your order within 24 hours after payment being received.
An email will be sent to you notifying you when the order has been sent and will include the order details. Delivery is 2-3 working days nationwide (after payments have cleared) via Aramex or NZ Post. We do signature NOT required as standard, But if you want your parcel signature required or you have specific delivery instructions please ensure that you advise on your order. 
Rural delivery may take a couple of days longer.

We do not ship to PO box addresses as these can't be signed for.

International Shipping.

We offer international shipping to anywhere in the world! BUT, Before you place your order please email us with the item/s you would like and where you would like them shipped then we can calculate shipping costs and create an order for you.
